Online Ordering
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Every order must include a confirmed pickup or delivery time, and someone must be available to receive it. If an order is not picked up or accepted within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered canceled.
Need to adjust your pickup or delivery? Let us know as soon as possible! We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to our availability and discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority! If we make a mistake or your order doesn’t meet our high standards, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can address the issue. Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued beyond this time frame.

Catering
CATERING ORDERS & POLICIES
For events serving 15 or more guests, orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Shorter notice requests may be accommodated based on availability. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
All catering orders must include a confirmed pickup or delivery time. If our serveware or display items are used, a breakdown/pickup time must also be scheduled. No need to clean our platters or boards—we’ll handle that for you!
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 20+ days before the event: Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–19 days before the event: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: The full amount is due, and no refund will be issued.
