The fine print

CATERING ORDERS

Large catering, and orders for 15 people or more, must be made at least two weeks prior to event. Any event with less lead up time will be accepted based on our availability and discretion. 50% of your event cost is due upon booking to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.

DELIVERY | PICK UP

All catering orders are required to have a clear pick up/delivery time. If our serve ware and display items were used, we will also require a clear breakdown/pick up time scheduled. You are not required to clean any of our platters or boards. We will take care of that! 

REFUNDS | CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a cancellation is necessary, refunds can be requested in the following terms: 20 Days prior to event will receive a full refund. If a client cancels between 7-19 days prior to their event, they forfeit the right to their 50% deposit. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to an event will be subject to pay the full cost, and lose their right to a full refund.

ONLINE ORDERS

ORDERS

Orders must be at least placed 48 hours before they are due. Orders cancelled same day will not be subject to a refund. 

DELIVERY | PICK UP

Every order must be placed with a clear delivery or pick up time. A person must be available to accept the order. If an order is not picked up/accepted within 30 minutes of their delivery/pick up window, it will be considered cancelled. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please let us know as soon as possible! We will try our best to accommodate, but will only do what we can based on our own schedule. Accommodations and changes in drop off/delivery time will be made at our discretion.  

 

REFUNDS

We want our customers to be the happiest customers possible. If a product wasn't delivered to our standards or a mistake was made on our part, we will do everything we can to remedy it. If you find that you received a product that didn't meet your expectations, please reach out to us immediately! We will fix it! We will not provide refunds for products if you do not reach out within 24 hours of your delivery time/date, as we can no longer verify the condition of the product.
